We include only the highest quality insect-based suet to ensure your birds get the nutrition they deserve. These logs are packed with dried black soldier fly larvae which are high in calcium and will help birds keep their feathers healthy throughout the year.
Chubby Suet Cakes are made up of high-protein suet made from insect oil , which is packed with lauric acid which is beneficial to bird health, including immune system health and inflammation reduction in birds.
Our suet blocks are also essential throughout winter when birds need extra energy as this is lost whilst trying to stay warm. During spring, mothers will also use them to feed to their young for a protein boost.
Simply place the Chubby Suet Cakes in any of our suet block feeders, alternatively, they can be broken up to be served on a bird table with your favourite seed mix and dried mealworms.
We recommend these are stored below 14C in an airtight container to help keep them fresh and delicious!
